Coach Jackson is a 2012 graduate of Hilliard Bradley High School. He attended Willmington College where he played lacrosse all four years. He joined the Hilliard Memorial Boys Lacrosse staff in 2019 and became the Hilliard Bradley Head Coach in 2021.

Coach Routzong is a graduate of Hilliard Bradley High School. He attended Baldwin Wallace University where he earned four varsity letters in lacrosse. He joined the Hilliard Bradley Boys Lacrosse staff in 2021.

Coach Pugh is a 2014 graduate of Hilliard Bradley High School where he was a two-time Team Captain, 2014 All-OCC & All-State Honorable Mention LSM. He served in the United States Navy from 2015-2021. Coach Pugh joined the Hilliard Bradley Boys Lacrosse staff in 2021.
